1. Who we are

wearbysai.com is operated by Sai (Ms. Pimporn Boonnam) as an individual seller — not a registered company — based in Phuket, Thailand. "We"/"us" means the seller; "you" means the customer. Contact: hello@wearbysai.com.

2. Products, images & pricing

Prices are in Thai Baht (THB), taxes included. Our product images use AI-generated models and digital styling and are illustrative only — the physical garment is the real product described, but colour tone, drape and fit on an individual body may vary, and such variation is not a defect. We may correct pricing errors and limit or refuse any order.

3. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy, accepted when payment is confirmed. We accept PromptPay (Thai QR transfer) and PayPal. PromptPay orders stay "pending" until we confirm your transfer slip; unpaid pending orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.

4. Delivery & risk

We deliver within Phuket province only, via local courier. Once we hand a parcel to the courier, delivery timing is outside our direct control; we will help resolve any courier issue but are not liable for courier delays. Orders outside Phuket cannot be accepted.

5. Returns

Governed by our Refund Policy, which preserves all rights you have under the Thai Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms removes protections that the law gives you.

6. Intellectual property

The WearBySai name, logo, imagery, designs and text are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Except for rights that cannot be excluded under Thai law, products are sold "as described" without further warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. weather, strikes, courier or bank outages, force majeure).

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, disrupt it, or submit false information.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.

wearbysai.com ดำเนินการโดยคุณสาย (นางสาวพิมพร บุญนำ) ในฐานะ ผู้ขายรายบุคคล — ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนบริษัท ตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต ประเทศไทย "เรา" หมายถึงผู้ขาย "ท่าน" หมายถึงลูกค้า ติดต่อ: hello@wearbysai.com

2. สินค้า ภาพ และราคา

ราคาทั้งหมดเป็นเงินบาท (THB) รวมภาษีแล้ว ภาพสินค้าของเราใช้นายแบบ/นางแบบที่สร้างด้วย AI และการจัดแต่งแบบดิจิทัล เป็นเพียงภาพประกอบ ตัวสินค้าจริงคือสินค้าตามที่อธิบายไว้ แต่โทนสี การทิ้งตัวของผ้า และความพอดีบนรูปร่างแต่ละบุคคล อาจแตกต่างกัน ซึ่งไม่ถือเป็นข้อบกพร่อง เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขราคาที่ผิดพลาดและจำกัดหรือปฏิเสธคำสั่งซื้อ

3. คำสั่งซื้อและการชำระเงิน

คำสั่งซื้อถือเป็นการเสนอซื้อ และจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อยืนยันการชำระเงินแล้ว เรารับชำระผ่าน PromptPay (คิวอาร์โค้ดของไทย) และ PayPal คำสั่งซื้อแบบ PromptPay จะอยู่ในสถานะ "รอชำระ" จนกว่าเราจะยืนยันสลิป คำสั่งซื้อที่ยังไม่ชำระอาจถูกยกเลิกหลัง 48 ชั่วโมง

4. การจัดส่งและความเสี่ยง

เราจัดส่งเฉพาะ ภายในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ผ่านผู้ให้บริการขนส่งท้องถิ่น เมื่อเราส่งมอบพัสดุให้ผู้ขนส่งแล้ว ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมโดยตรงของเรา เรายินดีช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาการขนส่ง แต่ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าของผู้ขนส่ง ไม่สามารถรับคำสั่งซื้อนอกจังหวัดภูเก็ตได้

5. การคืนสินค้า

เป็นไปตามนโยบายการคืนสินค้าของเรา ซึ่งคงไว้ซึ่งสิทธิ์ทั้งหมดของท่านตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของไทย ไม่มีข้อกำหนดใดที่ลิดรอนสิทธิ์ที่กฎหมายมอบให้แก่ท่าน

6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ชื่อ โลโก้ ภาพ การออกแบบ และข้อความของ WearBySai เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์หรืออยู่ภายใต้สิทธิ์ของเรา ห้ามคัดลอกหรือใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ยกเว้นสิทธิ์ที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมายไทย สินค้าจำหน่าย "ตามที่อธิบายไว้" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันเพิ่มเติม เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ความรับผิดรวมของเราต่อคำสั่งซื้อใดจำกัดไว้ไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่ท่านชำระสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อนั้น และเราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือความเสียหายสืบเนื่อง

8. เหตุสุดวิสัย

เราไม่รับผิดต่อความล่าช้าหรือความล้มเหลวอันเกิดจากเหตุที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมอันสมควร (เช่น สภาพอากาศ การนัดหยุดงาน ระบบขนส่งหรือธนาคารขัดข้อง เหตุสุดวิสัย)
