This policy explains how Sai (Ms. Pimporn Boonnam), an individual seller trading as WearBySai in Phuket, Thailand, collects and uses your personal data, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Sai is the data controller. Privacy contact: hello@wearbysai.com.

1. Data we collect

You provide: name, email, phone, delivery address, order details, and payment confirmation (PromptPay slip or PayPal transaction ID).
Collected automatically: device/browser data, IP address, and cookies as you browse.

2. Purposes & legal basis

To fulfil your order — performance of our contract with you.
To meet legal/tax obligations — legal obligation.
Marketing — only with your consent, which you may withdraw any time.

3. Who processes data for us

We use trusted providers under data-processing agreements, and we never sell your data: Shopify (store & orders), PayPal (payments), our bank/PromptPay (transfers), a local courier such as Lalamove/Grab (delivery), and an email provider (notifications). Some store data on servers outside Thailand; where this happens we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by the PDPA.

4. Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for the service and legal/tax duties (generally up to 5 years), then delete or anonymise them.

5. Your PDPA rights

You may access, correct, delete, or port your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent — email hello@wearbysai.com. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

6. Cookies & security

We use cookies to run the store, remember your cart and understand usage; control them via your browser. We apply reasonable measures to protect your data, though no method is perfectly secure.

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้: ชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทร ที่อยู่จัดส่ง รายละเอียดคำสั่งซื้อ และหลักฐานการชำระเงิน (สลิป PromptPay หรือรหัสธุรกรรม PayPal)
ข้อมูลที่เก็บอัตโนมัติ: ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์/เบราว์เซอร์ หมายเลข IP และคุกกี้ขณะที่ท่านใช้งาน

2. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย

เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อ — เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญากับท่าน
เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย/ภาษี — หน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย
การตลาด — เฉพาะเมื่อได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน ซึ่งท่านถอนได้ทุกเมื่อ

3. ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา

เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่เชื่อถือได้ภายใต้ข้อตกลงการประมวลผลข้อมูล และเราไม่ขายข้อมูลของท่าน ได้แก่ Shopify (ระบบร้านค้าและคำสั่งซื้อ) PayPal (การชำระเงิน) ธนาคาร/PromptPay (รับโอน) ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งท้องถิ่น เช่น Lalamove/Grab (จัดส่ง) และผู้ให้บริการอีเมล (การแจ้งเตือน) ผู้ให้บริการบางรายจัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย ซึ่งเราจะดำเนินการให้มีมาตรการคุ้มครองที่เพียงพอตามที่ PDPA กำหนด

4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

เราเก็บบันทึกคำสั่งซื้อเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการและหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย/ภาษี (โดยทั่วไปไม่เกิน 5 ปี) จากนั้นจะลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

5. สิทธิ์ของท่านตาม PDPA

ท่านมีสิทธิ์เข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือขอโอนข้อมูล จำกัดหรือคัดค้านการประมวลผล และถอนความยินยอม โดยอีเมลมาที่ hello@wearbysai.com ท่านยังมีสิทธิ์ร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC) ของประเทศไทย

6. คุกกี้และความปลอดภัย

เราใช้คุกกี้เพื่อให้ร้านค้าทำงาน จดจำตะกร้าสินค้า และเข้าใจการใช้งาน ท่านควบคุมได้ผ่านการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ เราใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมในการปกป้องข้อมูล แม้ไม่มีวิธีใดปลอดภัยสมบูรณ์แบบ
