WearBySai is operated by Sai (Ms. Pimporn Boonnam) as an individual seller in Phuket, Thailand. Contact: hello@wearbysai.com.
All sales are final — exchange only
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or fit. Instead, you may exchange your item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and you have your order number. Exchanges are for a different colour of equal value, subject to availability. Our garments are currently one size; please contact us for garment measurements before ordering. Return delivery to us is arranged and paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be exchanged.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email hello@wearbysai.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it free of charge. If we cannot replace it, or if your order never arrives, you will receive a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Product images
Our product photos use AI-generated models and digital styling to show how a garment may look when worn. They are illustrative. Slight differences in colour tone, drape or fit on an individual body are normal and do not automatically mean the item is defective. This does not remove the exchange option above or your applicable consumer rights. Contact us if the garment materially differs from its description.

สินค้าทุกชิ้นถือเป็นการขายขาด — เปลี่ยนได้เท่านั้น
เรา ไม่มีนโยบายคืนเงินสด สำหรับกรณีเปลี่ยนใจ ขนาดไม่พอดี หรือทรงไม่ถูกใจ แต่ท่านสามารถ เปลี่ยนสินค้า ได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าต้องไม่ผ่านการสวมใส่ ไม่ผ่านการซัก อยู่ในสภาพเดิม มีป้ายติดครบถ้วน และแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ การเปลี่ยนเป็นการเปลี่ยนสีที่มีมูลค่าเท่ากันตามสต๊อกที่มี สินค้าปัจจุบันเป็นขนาดเดียว (one size) กรุณาติดต่อเราเพื่อสอบถามขนาดวัดจริงของสินค้าก่อนสั่งซื้อ ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืน ด้วยเหตุผลด้านสุขอนามัย สินค้าที่ผ่านการสวมใส่หรือซักแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้
สินค้าชำรุด บกพร่อง หรือได้รับผิด
หากสินค้าที่ได้รับ ชำรุด บกพร่อง หรือไม่ตรงตามที่สั่ง กรุณาอีเมลมาที่ hello@wearbysai.com ภายใน 7 วัน พร้อมหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อและรูปถ่าย เราจะเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่ให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย หากไม่สามารถ เปลี่ยนได้ หรือคำสั่งซื้อไม่ได้รับการจัดส่ง ท่านจะได้รับการคืนเงิน นโยบายนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมาย

ภาพสินค้าของเราใช้นายแบบ/นางแบบที่สร้างด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และการจัดแต่งแบบดิจิทัลเพื่อแสดงลักษณะเมื่อสวมใส่ เป็นเพียงภาพประกอบ ความแตกต่างเล็กน้อยของโทนสี การทิ้งตัวของผ้า หรือความพอดีบนรูปร่างแต่ละบุคคลถือเป็นเรื่องปกติ และไม่ได้หมายความว่าสินค้าบกพร่องโดยอัตโนมัติ ข้อความนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้าตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้นหรือสิทธิ์ตามกฎหมาย หากสินค้าจริงแตกต่างจากรายละเอียดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ กรุณาติดต่อเรา
